Julie’s Breathing for Well-Being Class |3.21.20|

Breath is Life

A natural human response to feeling stress or anxiety, is to hold the breath. Often we do not even realize that this has happened, and that we are depriving our bodies of life nourishing oxygen. Restore your vitality and fill your body with prana as you practice guided breathing techniques that will make you more present, mindful, calm and alert.

Carter’s Vinyasa Flow Video |3.20.20|

Vinyasa Flow

This class focuses on moving through a progression of postures for all levels of strength and flexibility. Vinyasa yoga links breath to movement. We will practice sun salutations, breathing practices, and basic postures. Students are encouraged to challenge themselves and work to their appropriate level of ability. The class ends with a savasana and guided meditation. This particular practice is 40 minutes long and will set you up for a beautiful day.

Zeke’s Yin Class |3.18.20|

Yin Yoga

Yin class targets the deep, dense connective tissues of the body through the yin style of yoga. Typically, postures focus on “navel to knees” and are held in a passive, relaxed manner for 3-5 minutes. This deep, contemplative practice reaches the deeper connective tissues, strengthens ligaments and improves range of motion in the joints through stillness and conscious breath work. We will close our practice with savasana and meditation.
