About Us
Our History
We are thrilled to announce that Mill Yoga’s new leadership and ownership as of March 1, 2023. The torch has been passed to Alice Bentley and Carter Siegel, both co-owners and directors of Yoga Life Institute of NH Teacher Training. We are excited for this beautiful transition and the knowledge and wisdom that they will bring to Mill Yoga. Alice and Carter look forward to using resources from both yoga studios to broaden access to yoga in Exeter.
Back in 2012, The first Mill Yoga was launched by Jen Chinburg in Newmarket, NH in 2012. In that small studio in the newly renovated mills, friendships grew, health improved, stress was reduced, hearts mended, grief softened, milestones were celebrated, teachers inspired students, and vice versa.
In 2021 Mill Yoga consolidated locations to the beautiful mill space at The Exeter Mill. And in 2023 Mill Yoga formally collaborated with Yoga Life Institute of NH to offer both traditional classes as well as 200 hour teacher trainings.
At Mill Yoga and YogaLife our goal is to educate, inspire, connect, create and welcome all humans to the mat through yoga that is all levels accessible, easily understood, and offered with a big open heart!
